Desk Technologies, Inc. makes Deal Desk for real estate investors and Lending Desk for private and hard money lenders. We are based in Tampa Bay, Florida.
Deal Desk was built by an active real estate investor and is used on real deals every week. Lending Desk was built by a lender, and it services Brittco Capital’s loans every business day.
Both products come from the same idea: the work that takes up your day is mostly administration, and software should take it off your plate. That is why we describe everything in terms of the tasks you already do, and what changes when they are simplified.
The two products are built to work together. A “Request financing” button in Deal Desk sends a deal to a lender on Lending Desk, and lenders can recommend Deal Desk to their borrowers.
